About JollyDrops

These terms explain purchases of physical products from the JollyDrops online store. Please keep a copy of these terms and your order details for reference. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Choosing a product and placing an order
Read the product description, specifications, available options and package contents before ordering. Check the selected model, plug option, dimensions and compatibility where these apply. Tools should be used in accordance with the instructions supplied with them.
Select the product options and quantity, add the item to your basket or use Buy now, and follow the checkout steps. Before confirming payment, check the items, delivery address, contact details and total payable. You can correct these details before submitting your order. The final payment step places an order with an obligation to pay.
Contracts are concluded in English. We retain order and contract records, and you can request a copy by emailing sales@jollydrops.store. You can save or print these terms for reference.
If you notice an error after ordering, email sales@jollydrops.store with your order number as soon as possible. A request to change an order does not remove your cancellation rights.
Prices and payment
The product page and checkout show the price for your selected option. The checkout shows the payment methods available for your order, any applicable delivery charge and the total payable before you confirm payment. Optional extras require your agreement.
The price and delivery arrangements agreed for an existing order are not changed by a later update to our website.
Delivery
For orders delivered to the United States, dispatch is within 48 hours and estimated delivery is 5–10 days from the date you place your order, including processing and transit. Any applicable delivery charge, available shipping service or different arrangement for your order is shown at checkout before payment.
Any applicable delivery charge for United Kingdom orders is shown before payment. Estimated delivery for most products is 9–13 working days. For the BELVOX Filtered Shower Head and all its configurations, including replacement filters, estimated delivery is 7–12 days. These estimates include processing and delivery. Any different delivery service, cost or estimate available for your order is shown at checkout before payment. Read our shipping policy and delivery information for further details.
If an order is delayed, missing, damaged or incomplete, contact us with your order number so we can help. Unless we agree a different delivery period with you, goods must be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract.
Cancellation, returns and refunds
UK statutory cancellation rights (for UK consumers)
UK consumers buying online generally have a legal right to cancel without giving a reason until 14 days after the day the goods are received. You can tell us clearly that you wish to cancel by email or in writing. This right does not depend on obtaining our permission.
Our 30-day commercial return promise
This commercial promise applies to JollyDrops orders, including deliveries to the United States and the United Kingdom.
JollyDrops also accepts returns of defective and non-defective products, including change-of-mind returns, in new and slightly used condition. Request a return within 30 days after delivery and send it back by mail within 14 days after notifying us. You obtain your own return label. You pay return postage for change-of-mind returns; JollyDrops covers reasonable return postage for defective or incorrect items. There is no restocking fee. We do not accept discretionary exchanges; statutory repair and replacement rights are preserved.
We process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier, and meet any earlier deadline required by UK law. For a statutory cancellation, send the goods back without undue delay and within 14 days after telling us you wish to cancel. If a product is not of satisfactory quality, not as described or not fit for purpose, your legal rights may include a refund, repair, replacement or price reduction. These rights can continue beyond our 30-day promise and do not depend on having a manufacturer's warranty.

Our privacy policy explains how personal information is handled when you visit the store, place an order or contact us. The store is hosted on Shopify. Please use the published privacy policy and available privacy controls for details.

Email sales@jollydrops.store with your order number, if relevant, and a description of the issue. You can also write to BELLAVE GROUP LTD at the registered office above. Please contact us for goods-return instructions; our registered office is a correspondence address and has not been designated here as a returns warehouse.
Your legal rights and changes to these terms
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If a term cannot be enforced, this does not remove the remaining terms or your consumer rights.
We may update these terms for future orders. The terms and information agreed when you placed an existing order continue to apply to that order.
