Delivery to the United States
Orders to the United States are dispatched within 48 hours. Estimated delivery is 5–10 days from the date you place your order, including processing and transit. Tracked US delivery costs US$4.95 for orders below US$50 and is free for orders of US$50 or more. Any applicable delivery charge, available shipping service or different arrangement for your order is shown before you pay.
Delivery to the United Kingdom
Any applicable delivery charge for United Kingdom orders is shown before payment. Estimated delivery for most products is 9–13 working days. For the BELVOX Filtered Shower Head and all its configurations, including replacement filters, estimated delivery is 7–12 days. These estimates include processing and delivery. Any different delivery arrangements for your order will be shown before you pay.

Check your address and contact details before placing an order. If you need to correct them afterwards, email sales@jollydrops.store with your order number as soon as possible.
Delivery questions
If your order has not arrived within the estimated period, or arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us so we can help. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Optional extras
Shipping Protection is an optional US$4.99 extra that covers lost or stolen parcels. Skip the Line is a separate optional US$4.99 extra for priority processing. Both options are unchecked by default and are added only when you choose and agree to pay for them. For help with a lost or stolen parcel, contact sales@jollydrops.store with your order details. These optional extras do not limit your statutory rights.
